Appointment of Mr. Gautam Mehra (DIN: 11700652) as an additional director under the category of Independent Director on the Board of Directors of the Manager for a first consecutive term of 5 years, commencing from August 10, 2026 to August 9, 2031, not liable to retire by rotation, subject to the approval of members at the ensuing annual general meeting of Brookprop Management Services Private Limited, Manager to Brookfield India REIT. 2. Appointment of Mr. Danny Poljak (DIN: 11838119), as an additional director in the category of Non- Executive, Non-Independent Director on the board of directors of the Manager, not liable to retire by rotation, with effect from August 10, 2026, subject to the approval of members at the ensuing annual general meeting of the Manager.
