KSH International Limited Announces Q1 FY2027 Results
Company Delivers Strong Execution with Record Quarterly Volume, Growth and
Profitability; Quarter-end Capacity Remained at 43,445 MTs
Press Release || Pune, India, August 10, 2026 || KSH International Limited (“KSH
International”) (BSE/NSE: KSHINTL), India’s leading manufacturer and exporter of
specialized magnet winding wires, today announced its financial results for Q1 FY2027.
Management Commentary:
Rajesh K. Hegde, Managing Director of KSH International said:
“Growth in our higher value-addition Specialized Wires, specifically CTC, meaningfully
outpaced the healthy growth in Standard Wires, driving volumes, exports and unit economic
profitability in Q1. During the quarter, we also signed a long-term framework agreement with
a large Global transformer OEM to supply their global production facilities over the next five
years. Our next phase of capacity expansion in Phase 2 is on track to come online in Q2, and
last week, we commissioned our upcast backward integration facility as well. In summary, Q1
was another quarter of strong execution as we build out capacity to capitalise on the strong
demand environment in our end use industries.”

Key Developments:
• Financial Summary: Q1 FY27 Revenue from Operations grew 108% over the prior year,
driven by volume growth, mix and higher copper prices. PAT of Rs 422 million increased
86% compared to Q1 FY26, and 22% higher than Q4 FY26;
• Operating Summary: Volumes increased 30% in Q1 FY27 versus Q1 FY26 and 5%
higher than Q4 FY26, while EBITDA/Ton of Rs 93,325 in Q1 FY27, improved 42% from
Rs 65,885 a year ago;
• Capacity: Installed capacity at June 30, 2026 was 43,445 MTs, and we remain on track
to exit FY27 with an installed capacity of 59,045 MTs. With capacity unchanged in Q1
FY27, utilization at company level improved to 73%, up from 70% in Q4 FY26. The
Board has approved a proposal for the acquisition of approximately 10 acres of industrial
land in Supa for the Company’s future expansion requirements and long-term growth;
• Specialized Wires: Our focus on higher value-added products led specialized magnet
winding wires revenue growth to accelerate to 113% in Q1 FY27 compared to a year ago,
driven by demand for CTC, as well as from exports (Y-o-Y export growth was 76% in
Q1 FY27, up from 14% growth a year ago);
• Growth Trends: We continue to add new transformer OEM customers for specialized
wires, and domestic OEM customers for our standard wire products. We also signed a
long-term framework agreement with one of our large Global OEM customers; and
• Balance Sheet and Cash Flows: Given the rapid top line growth in Q1 FY27, total debt,
consisting mostly of growth-driven working capital loans, increased to Rs 4,810 million,
though debt-to-equity remained at a comfortable 0.57x. During the quarter, we made a
further improvement in our working capital cycle, improving average days to 60 days
from 71 days in Q1 FY26, and driven primarily by gains in both receivables and payables.
