announces its unaudited results for quarter ending June 30th, 2026.

• Client Assets for Stock Broking stood at Rs. 62,226 Cr, recording a robust 30% YoY growth
• Wealth Products AUM stood at Rs. 4961 Cr, registering a 4% YoY increase
• Insurance premium generated stood at Rs. 80.2 Cr, up 5% YoY
• Number of insurance policies sold stood at 67,828, reflecting 73% YoY growth
• Total NBFC loan book stood at Rs. 836 Cr as of Q1 FY27
• Advisory segment order book stood at Rs. 777 Cr

businesses and further progress in shaping the group for its next phase of growth. We also advanced our strategic
priorities by expanding our integrated platform, increasing our market presence and strengthening partnerships that

In this financial year, our consulting subsidiaries; Choice Consultancy Services Private Limited (CCSPL) and Ayoleeza
Consultants Private Limited (ACPL) secured multiple government mandates aggregating approximately Rs. 191 Cr,
spanning e-governance and digital transformation, railway infrastructure, project management consultancy,
engine ering supervision, financial advisory, technology consulting and citizen-centric public infrastructure initiatives
across multiple states. These engagements meaningfully deepen our credibility in the public sector advisory space and
reflect the growing scale of our order pipeline.
Choice AMC Private Limited also received SEBI approval to act as Investment Manager to Wealthwave Capital Trust, a
Catego ry II AIF sponsored by Choice International Limited. Further, Choice Institutional Equities hosted InsightX 2026,
bringing together 100+ corporates and 150+ institutional investors and allocators, strengthening engagement across the
investment ecosystem.
During Q2 FY27, Choice International's subsidiary, Choice Equity Broking, entered into a strategic partnership with NH
Investment & Securities, one of South Korea's leading financial institutions, marked by a strategic investment of ₹900
million to accelerate the subsidiary's long-term growth and expansion plans.
With a healthy order pipeline and a more focused Group structure, we enter the remainder of FY27 with a clear focus on
