Ref: Kotyark Industries Limited | ISIN: INE0J0B01017 | NSE Symbol: KOTYARK | BSE Scrip Code: 544726 ============================================================================= Respected Sir/Ma’am, In continuation to our earlier intimation dated August 05, 2026, and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Company has, on August 10, 2026, received communication on email from the Indian Oil Corporation Limited (“IOCL”) e-procurement portal regarding the Award of Contract (AOC) in respect of Tender ID: 2026_MKTHO_190226_1, bearing Tender Reference No. OMC/EOI/BD/JUN26 (Cycle1), for the supply of biodiesel for the period from June 2026 to August 2026. The Company had participated in the aforesaid tender floated by the Oil Marketing Companies (“OMCs”), namely Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) and Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL). The tender was for supply of biodiesel pursuant to the Joint Expression of Interest (“EOI”) on an industry basis. We are pleased to inform that pursuant to the aforesaid tender, the Company has received total allocation of ₹173.45 Crore, against the total contract value of ₹1,397.72 Crore. The said allocation comprises allocations from Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) and Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL). The aforesaid total allocation also includes the award value approx. of ₹15.41 Crore, pertaining to the orders intimated earlier by the Company vide its intimation dated August 05, 2026, wherein Letters of Intent (LOIs) were received from Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) and Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL). The aforesaid orders pertain to the supply period from June 2026 to August 2026. The Company shall receive the respective Letters of Intent (“LOIs”) and Purchase Orders (“POs”), as applicable, from the respective OMCs in due course. The supply of biodiesel shall be undertaken subject to receipt of the requisite Indent/Supply Order from the respective OMCs within the stipulated time period and in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the respective LOIs, Purchase Orders and tender documents. It may further be noted that, under the current tender cycle, the OMCs have initially issued LOIs directly and thereafter issued the consolidated allocation sheet, setting out the value of contracts awarded, together with the corresponding allocation sheet.
