Further to our intimation dated August 14, 2023 (Ref. No. ISL/SS/SE/32/2023-2024) regarding pending material litigations/disputes that may impact the Company, in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with Schedule III, Part A, Para B, and SEBI Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD- POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026. In this regard, we would like to inform that an appeal was filed by Joint Commissioner (Intelligence), State Goods and Services Tax Department, Ernakulam, with Kerala Value Added Tax Appellate Tribunal, Ernakulam, (KVAT Appellate Tribunal) against the order passed by the Joint Commissioner (Appeals)-III, Ernakulam, in Appeal No. KVATA 447/2020 dated June 22, 2021, pertaining to the Financial Year 2016-17. The matter was heard by the KVAT Appellate Tribunal, Ernakulam, on June 17, 2026. We would like to inform you that the final order of the Tribunal was received by the Company on August 10, 2026, at 02:12 P.M. (IST), whereby the tax demands amounting to ₹109 lakhs have been dismissed. Kindly take this on record and disseminate the information to the public. Accordingly, the demand of ₹109 lakhs has been dismissed pursuant to the Tribunal’s order, which was received by the Company on August 10, 2026. 2 In the case of litigation against key Not Applicable management personnel or its promoter or ultimate person in control, regularly provide details of any change in the status and / or any development in relation to such proceedings; 3 In the event of settlement of the Not Applicable proceedings, details of such settlement including - terms of the settlement, compensation /penalty paid (if any) and impact of such settlement on the financial position of the listed entity.
