The project comprises a 1.2 km Ropeway Cable Car and Forest Village, with an operational capacity of approximately 5,000 visitors per day and an annual capacity of approximately 15,00,000 visitors. The Company expects to attract approximately 3,00,000 visitors during FY 2026–27, representing an estimated capacity utilisation of approximately 20% during the financial year. Based on the projected visitor footfall and prevailing pricing assumptions, the project is expected to contribute approximately upto ₹22 crore in gross revenue (inclusive of 18% GST) during FY 2026–27, subject to actual visitor footfall, visitor mix and other operational factors. The Cable Car Project and Forest Village is expected to augment the Company's existing revenue streams and contribute to the overall growth of the Company's business.
