FCRPL has been admitted to corporate insolvency under the order of Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai bench (“NCLT”) on 24th September 2024 and Interim Resolution Professional (“IRP”) was appointed by the NCLT for conducting Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) under the applicable provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. Although Praxis continues to categorize FCRPL as its corporate Promoter, FCRPL shall not be construed to have been acting in consonance with rest of the persons and entities forming part of Promoter Group of Praxis since management and control of affairs of FCRPL are now under the control of the Resolution Professional appointed by the Hon’ble NCLT.
