Based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, approved the re- appointment of Mr. Sriramshetty Srinivasa Rao (DIN: 00895774) as an Independent Director of the Company for a second term of 5 (five) consecutive years with effect from 15th November, 2026 to 14th November, 2031, subject to the approval of the Members by way of Special Resolution at the ensuing 34th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
