With reference to the above we wish to inform that, Shri Abhishek Mishra, Chief Financial
Officer of the Company participated in the Analyst/ Investor meeting held today i.e., on
Monday, August 10, 2026 at Mumbai which was arranged by Nirmal Bang Institutional Equities
during the “Nirmal Bang Semi-Annual Investor Conference”. The details are enclosed as
Annexure-1.
The subject matter of discussions was on Q1 FY 26-27 financial results, NIM, growth, run off
ratios, future business prospects for the industry and the Company, cost, spread, loan book,
profitability, asset quality, geographies, borrowings, provisions, etc. which were covered in
detail in disclosure of financial results for Q1 FY 26-27, Investor Presentation, Earnings call
