Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI
Listing Regulations, we hereby inform that the Fund Raising Committee of the Board of Directors
has on August 10, 2026, allotted 30,000 (Thirty Thousand) Unsecured, listed, Rated, redeemable,
non-cumulative, Non-Convertible Debentures (“NCDs”) having face value of Rs. 1,00,000/-
(Rupees One Lakhs only) each for cash aggregating to Rs. 300,00,00,000/- (Rupees Three Hundred
Crores only).
The said NCDs will be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market segment of the National Stock
Exchange of India Limited.
The details as per the SEBI master circular for compliance with provisions of the SEBI Listing
Regulations by listed entities bearing circular number SEBI/HO/49/14/14(7)2025-
CFDPOD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, in Annexure A is attached herewith.
