Management's Commentary on 1QFY27 results
FY27 is a year of sustained momentum for Ddev Plastiks. In FY26, we invested in new capacities and
expanded our presence across high-growth end-use segments, while also taking initial steps towards
broadening our participation in adjacent opportunities within the energy ecosystem. In FY27, we will build
further on our leadership position and continue to expand into newer geographies, supported by a strong
productportfolio,resilientoperationsandadeeplyentrenchedmarketpresence.
Expandingourinternationalfootprintremainsanimportantpillarofourlong-termgrowthagenda.Building
on this, our exports have doubled to ₹312 crore in the quarter, despite geopolitical challenges. Our focus
remains onbuildingaprofitable andresilient international franchise that complements the strengthofour
domestic leadership and supports our broader ambition of emerging as a meaningful polymer compound
suppliertotheworldfromIndia.
In FY27, Ddev Plastiks will continue to invest meaningfully in capacity expansion, automation and

HFFR is expected to replace PVC house wiring cables and the
government has mandated its use in Malls, Metro Stations, Hospitals,
Schools and other Public areas. HFFR is vital for making Solar Cables.
Capex Incurred PVC is widely used compound in Cable Industry and with the growing
demand and entry of new participants in the Industry such as Adani and
Rs 77.21 Cr for XLPE capacity addition done in April 2026
Ultratech, its demand is expected to rise
XLPE expansion will help the company meet growing demand, expand its
Capacity additions for HFFR, PVC compounds and XLPE
geographic presence, and support long-term growth, with the new
compounds have been completed
