The re-appointment of M/s Gurdeep Singh & Associates as Cost Auditors of the Company for the financial year 2026-27 on the recommendation of Audit Committee of the company and subject to the approval of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. 3. The appointment Mr. Ajay Relan (DIN: 00257584) as Whole-time Director of the Company for a term of 5 years from September 01, 2026 based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company and subject to the approval of Members in ensuing Annual General Meeting pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 17(1C) of SEBI Listing Regulations and other applicable provisions, if any.
