The delay occurred due to an inadvertent oversight in the Company's compliance process, as the disclosure was unintentionally missed while processing the regulatory filings. The omission was identified subsequently, and the disclosure was filed immediately thereafter. There was no intention to withhold any material information from the Exchange or the investors.There was typographical error in mentioning the date of tenure completion which is been rectified. Immediately upon noticing the omission, the Company took prompt steps to submit the requisite disclosure along with the additional details as prescribed under SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024.
