Standalone Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the 01st quarter ended June 30, 2026 along with Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors. Enclosed herewith as Annexure-1. 2. Director’s Report along with required annexures for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. 3. Recommendation to members to appoint Mr. Nikhil Jain as a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company at the ensuing AGM. Profile enclosed as Annexure-2. 4. Recommendation to members to increase limits as per Section 186 of the Companies Act, 2013 at the ensuing AGM. 5.
