You are requested to take on record inadvertent error/correction in this regard that Mr Paresh Dhoti was to be appointed by the Board as Non Executive Independent Director considering that he has got himself registered as Independent Director in the data base of Independent Directors on website of Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA). However the Company discovered that due to technical glitches, the process could not be completed. The process was successfully completed just recently. Due to this inadvertent and unintentional reason, we request the Exchange to consider his appointment as Non Executive Non Independent. In next meeting of Board of Directors, he shall be considered to be appointed as Non Executive Independent Director. Details with respect to the said appointment as required under Regulation 30(6) read with Para A (7) of Part - A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July 2023 are provided in Annexure A to this letter.
