The Board further authorised Ms. Nayan Pophale, in addition to the existing authorised Key Managerial Personnel, to determine the materiality of events or information and make disclosures to the Stock Exchange(s) under Regulation 30(5) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, with effect from August 10, 2026.
