Manaksia Coated Metals & Industries Limited held a secured creditors meeting on June 9, 2026, to consider and approve the Scheme of Merger between JPA Snacks Private Limited and Manaksia Coated & Metals Industries Limited. The meeting was conducted through video conferencing, and the creditors voted electronically. The Scheme of Merger was approved with 100% of the polled votes in favor.
