The meeting commenced at 03:30 P.M.(IST) and concluded at 05:00 P.M(IST). In the said meeting, the Board of Directors, inter alia, considered, approved, and took on record the following matters: • The Statement of Un-audited Financial Results for the 01st quarter ended 30th June, 2026. • The Statutory Auditor's Limited Review Report on the Un-audited Financial Results for the oist quarter ended 30th June, 2026. • The Investor Presentation for the oist quarter ended 30th June, 2026. • The Addendum to the Notice of the 06th Annual General Meeting consequent to the appointment of Mrs. Rajni Mishra (DIN: 07706571) as an Additional Director under the category of Non-Executive Independent Director with effect from 10th August, 2026, subject to the approval of the members. • Relocation of the BESS Project to Kolkata. All other details pertaining to the project shall remain unchanged, as disclosed in the Company's intimation dated 05th January, 2026. The above results, for the quarter ended 30th June,2026, have been reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee and subsequently approved by the Board of Directors at their respective meetings held on 10th August, 2026. A Limited Review of these financial results has been carried out by the Statutory Auditors, in terms of Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. 2 The company is engaged primarily in the business of different grades of Polymer Compounds which constitute sins'e reporting segment. Accordingly, the company is a single segment company in accordance with "Indian Accounting Standards 108 Operating Segment". 3 The Company completed the construction of its new manufacturing project at Bhiwadi, Rajasthan, and commenced commercial production on April 28, 2026. Pursuant to the requirements of Ind AS 16, Property, Plant and Equipment, the entire cost attributable to the project was capitalized on the date of commencement of commercial production, i.e., April 28, 2026. The facility has an installed capacity of 48,000 MTPA (Metric Tonnes Per Annum) and is expected to strengthen the Company's manufacturing capabilities while supporting its long-term growth strategy. 4 The Company does not have any subsidiary/ Associate/ Joint venture entity(ies) for the quarter ended 30th June,2026. 6 The above results, for the quarter ended 30th June,2026, are available on the company's website at www.ddevgroup.in and also on the website of the BSE Limited i.e www.bseindia.com and National ~~.::xchange of India Limited i.e www.nseindia.com. 7 The figures for the corresponding previous period has been regrouped/reclassified whereve to the current period figures.
