results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026.

Commenting on the performance, Mr. Yatharth Tyagi, Whole Time Director, Yatharth Hospitals said:

achieving EBITDA breakeven and Agra hospital contributing meaningfully to profits this quarter. Our premium
NCR hospitals at Noida Extension and New Delhi have already approached the Rs 50,000 ARPOB mark, while
Faridabad Sector-20 and the upcoming Gurugram hospital are expected to move towards similar benchmarks
over time, validating our acquisition playbook, and our ability to unlock value across assets. In recognition of
our healthy performance, the Board has approved our maiden interim dividend, balancing shareholder returns
with continuing investments in growth.”
