- Commissioning of specialised storage terminal for Ammonia at Pipavav by the Company
Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations
and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 as amended, we, Aegis Logistics Limited (“the
Company”) hereby inform that the Company has commissioned its specialised storage terminal for
Ammonia at Pipavav Port for storage & terminalling of Ammonia with static capacity of 36,000 MT
w.e.f. August 10, 2026.
The said terminal, which is developed by the Company on behalf of Aegis Terminal (Pipavav) Limited
(“ATPL”), Step down Subsidiary Company, would be transferred subsequently and will be intimated
to stock exchanges separately.
