Consolidated Highlights: Q1FY27 Highlights:  Revenue from opera(cid:415)ons stood at Rs 248 crores as against Rs 210 crores, a growth of 18% YoY  Adjusted EBITDA stood at Rs 34 crores as against Rs 27 crores, a growth of 26% YoY. Adjusted EBITDA Margin came in at 13.6%  Adjusted PAT stood at Rs 25 crores as against Rs 18 crores, a growth of 37% YoY. PAT Margin came in at 10% Note: 1) Adjusted EBITDA & Margin and PAT & Margin are excluding the impact of Non-cash ESOP expenses of Rs 7.16 Cr. 2) Reported EBITDA stood at Rs 27 crores. Trade Generics & Ins(cid:415)tu(cid:415)onal Ver(cid:415)cal Highlights  Q1FY27 revenue for the Trade Generics & Ins(cid:415)tu(cid:415)onal ver(cid:415)cal stood at Rs 30 crores, down -32% YoY.  Trade Generics ver(cid:415)cal contributed approximately 12% for Q1FY27 to the consolidated revenue. Exports Ver(cid:415)cal Highlights  Q1FY27 revenue for the Exports ver(cid:415)cal stood at Rs 11 crores, up 79% YoY.  Exports ver(cid:415)cal contributed approximately 4% for Q1FY27 to the consolidated revenue. Commen(cid:415)ng on the results Mr. Hitesh Windlass, Managing Director – Windlas Biotech said, “The Indian Pharmaceutical Market (IPM) witnessed a volume growth of 3.4% in Q1 FY27, reflecting a steady yet measured industry environment. Against this backdrop, Windlas Biotech continued its growth trajectory, delivering its highest-ever quarterly revenue of ₹248 crore, representing 18% YoY growth. This performance underscores the strength and resilience of our diversified business model, our operational excellence, and the trust our customers place in us. We are on track for the commercialization of Plant-6 in H1 FY27, which will further strengthen our manufacturing capacity and enable us to support future growth opportunities. Our Injectables and Plant-2 Extension facilities continue to drive scalable growth, highlighting the effectiveness of our strategic investments. Consistent with our focus on long-term shareholders value crea(cid:415)on, in Q1 FY27 the company also completed ₹47 crore buyback in which promoters did not par(cid:415)cipate and declara(cid:415)on of FY26 dividend ₹13 crore (₹6.30 per equity share). Excluding the impact of ESOP expenses (₹7.2 Crore) which are non-cash in nature, our EBITDA grew 26% YoY to ₹34 crore, PBT and PAT grew 27% and 37% YoY to ₹30 crore and ₹25 crore respec(cid:415)vely, reflec(cid:415)ng our con(cid:415)nued focus on improving opera(cid:415)onal leverage. If we take into account Non-cash ESOP expenditure (₹7.2 crore), the company reported EBITDA ₹27 crore, PBT ₹23 crore and PAT ₹18 crore. For Q1 FY27 Earnings Per Share (EPS) has improved to ₹ 8.46. Our Generic Formula(cid:415)ons CDMO ver(cid:415)cal delivered 29% YoY revenue growth to ₹207 crore, driven by customer expansion, deeper customer engagement, and new product launches. The Trade Generics & Ins(cid:415)tu(cid:415)onal ver(cid:415)cal reported revenue of ₹30 crore, following the discon(cid:415)nua(cid:415)on of codeine-based products. As we expand the por(cid:414)olio with new launches and replacements, we expect to progressively bridge the gap. Our Exports ver(cid:415)cal recorded 79% YoY growth to ₹11 crore.
