dispatch of the Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26 together with the Notice of the
44th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Emami Paper Mills Limited (the Company) to the
eligible shareholders of the Company as on the cut-off date i.e., Friday, 7th August, 2026, today
i.e. 10th August, 2026.
For continuity and ready reference, a copy of the Company’s earlier submission dated 4th
August, 2026, together with Annual Report enclosed therewith, is attached herewith. The
Annual Report being submitted pursuant to the present filing is the same Annual Report that
was furnished to the Stock Exchanges vide the Company’s aforesaid submission.
Pursuant to Regulation 36(1)(b) and other applicable Regulations, if any, of SEBI (LODR)
Regulations, 2015, the Company will send a letter to those Shareholders whose email
addresses are not registered with the Company/ Depositories/ RTA, providing the web-link,
