Howard Hotels Ltd has announced its 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on September 4, 2026, through video conferencing. The meeting will consider and adopt the audited financial statements for the FY 2025-26, auditor's report, and the board's report. The company has also re-appointed Ms. Muskan Garg as the company secretary and compliance officer. The AGM will be held at the registered office in New Delhi.
