Advait Group Philosophy
Building leadership in Niche Segments through execution-led expansion
Advait has consistently identified and captured niche, high-margin opportunities ahead of market adoption — building deep manufacturing competence,
then scaling through strategic technology partnerships and enabling globalization.
FOUNDATION - IDENTIFYING DEFENSIBLE NICHES IN POWER STRUCTURE
Phase – I
➢ Started with EPC representation and trading in Power Transmission acrossIndia, Africa and the Middle East— building early customer relationships and
2009 - 2017 domain credibility before committing capital.
➢ Deliberately chose stringing tools and insulators: high-utility, low-competition categories where proprietary application knowledge creates durable pricing
power. Captured~50% domestic market sharein stringing tools and~30%in insulator supply within the first few years.
SCALE-UP — IMPORT SUBSTITUTION IN STRUCTURALLY UNDER-SERVED MARKETS
➢ Strategically expanded to entering into in-house manufacturing of import-dependent transmission products, including OPGW Cables and ERS, Stringing
Tools supporting the construction of these Power Transmission Projects while also expanding into DISCOM EPC projects to benefit from increasing
Phase – II
investments in grid strengthening, smart metering, and distribution infrastructure upgrades.
2017 - 2025
➢ Maintained financial discipline through the cycle — including COVID — anchoring on profitability over volume. This drove revenue from₹38 Cr (FY21) to ₹700
Cr (FY26), a ~90% CAGR over 5 years, while sustaining EBITDA margins consistentlybetween 13–17%.
➢ Progressive capital markets milestones validated the model: BSE SME listing (2020) → BSE Main Board migration (2023) → NSE Main Board (2026).
➢ Post-listing, management proactively seeded technology collaborations in Green Hydrogen, BESS and Fuel Cells — laying the groundwork for Phase 3 before
Phase 2 was complete.
NEXT HORIZON — MANUFACTURING & ASSET OWNERSHIP IN ENERGY TRANSITION
➢ Executing the Phase 3 playbook across HTLS Conductors, Electrolysers, BESS, Fuel Cells and Renewable Asset Ownership.
Phase – III
➢ Developing an initial 1 GW ren
