7 Rationale India’s data-center expansion is creating a USD
12–14 billion addressable opportunity for steel-
intensive construction over the next five years,
supported by approximately USD 60–70 billion of
announced investments. A similar opportunity is
emerging in high-rise construction, where
developers are increasingly adopting steel to
accelerate project timelines without
compromising structural strength, safety, or
scalability.
These projects require a hybrid construction
approach that combines Pre-Engineered Building
systems with Heavy Structural Steel. This
combination brings together speed of execution,
high load-bearing capacity, design flexibility, and
the ability to support future expansion.
Our dual capability in PEB and Heavy Structural
Steel enables the Company to provide
comprehensive, end-to-end steel construction
solutions. It further strengthens our positioning
across data centers, high-rise buildings, and other
complex heavy-structural applications.
