Name reservation for change in name of the Company The Board of Directors had decided to change in the name of the Company from its present name “Avax Apparels And Ornaments Limited” to “Avax Limited” or any other name as may be decided by the Board of Directors and permitted by the Registrar of Companies/Ministry of Corporate Affairs or any other Regulatory Authorities. The said change in name of the Company is subjected to the approval of the Shareholders, Registrar of Companies/Ministry of Corporate Affairs, BSE Limited or any other Regulatory Authority, as applicable. The Company shall initiate the process for Reservation of Name by filing requisite application with the Registrar of Companies /Ministry of Corporate Affairs and shall update the Stock Exchange in the said matter from time to time. Considered & discussed other items as per the agenda circulated & as decided by the Board of Directors of the Company. The Board meeting concluded at 01:30 PM IST.
