The Internal Auditors have successfully completed the Internal Audit assignment for the financial year 2025-26 and have requested discontinuation of their engagement for the remaining tenure by mutual consent. The Board noted that: • the termination shall be effective from 20 July 2026; • the termination is by mutual consent; • the termination is not on account of any dispute, disagreement or deficiency in services rendered by either party.
