Dear Sir/ Madam,
In terms of Regulations 30 and 33 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and
Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with corresponding circulars and
notifications issued thereunder, the Board of Directors in their meeting held today i.e.
10th August, 2026 have inter alia considered and approved the following business items:
1. Approved and taken on record Unaudited Standalone Financial Results, prepared as
per Indian Accounting Standard (Ind AS) for the Quarter ended on 30th June, 2026
along with the Limited Review report issued by the Independent Auditor of the
company which is annexed herewith.
The Unaudited Financial Results are also being disseminated on the Company’s
website at https://www.polylinkpolymers.com
2. Appointment of Mr. Ankit Vageriya Proprietor of M/S. Ankit Vageriya & Associates,
Practicing Company Secretaries (COP No: 27064 and M.NO: A27893) as the
Secretarial Auditor of the Company for a term of Five Consecutive Financial Years
commencing from 2026-2027 to 2030-2031, subject to the approval of the shareholders
at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. A brief profile is enclosed
herewith as Annexure-A.
3. The board hereby approved the Notice Calling 33rd Annual General Meeting of the
Company on Monday, 28th September, 2026 at 11 :30 AM through video conference or
other audio-visual means (OVAM). The Notice for 33rd Annual General Meeting of the
company will be sent to the Shareholders as well as Stock exchange in due course.
The above meeting commenced at 11: 00 AM and concluded at 11: 36 AM.

2 The above unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2026, have been prepared in accordance with the
Indian Accounting Standards rind AS") as prescnbed under section 133 of the Companies Act, 2013 (as amended) read with the Companies
(Indian Accounting Standards) Rules 2015 (as amended) and in terms of regulation 33 of the Securities Exchange Board of India(Usting
Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, as amended.
3 Pursuant to the enactment of the Finance Act, 2026, the Company has decided to adopt the concessional tax regime under Section 200 of the
Income tax Act, 2025 (IT Act, 2025) effective from Tax Year 2026-27. Consequently. the Company's applicable tax rate shall be reduced to
25.17% from the eariler rate of 27.62% and the Company is allowed to carry forward the accumulated MAT Credit for utilising the same
subject to certain conditions.
Consequent to the proposed adoption of the concessional tax regime, the Company has remeasured its deferred tax liabilities using the
reduced applicable tax rate The resulting net reversal of deferred tax liabilities of Rs, 9.88 lakh has been recognised in the Statement of Profit
and Loss during the quarter.
4 The figures for the quarter ended 31 SI March 2026 are the balancin. figures between the audited figures In respect of the lull financial year
ended 31 st March 2026 and the unaudited published figures of nine month. ended 315t December 2025, which were subjected to limited
review by the Statutory Auditors.

PolylinkPolymers(India)Limited(‘theCompany’)forthequarterended30June2026beingsubmitted
by the Company pursuant to the requirements of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and
DisclosureRequirements)Regulations,2015(asamended),includingrelevantcircularsissuedbythe
SEBIfromtimetotime.
2. The Statement, which is the responsibility of the Company’s Management and approved by the
Company’s Board of Directors, has been prepared in accordance with the recognition and
measurementprincipleslaiddowninIndianAccountingStandard34,InterimFinancialReporting(‘Ind
AS 34’), prescribed under Section 133 of the Companies Act, 2013 (‘the Act’), and other accounting
principles generally accepted in India and is in compliance with the presentation and disclosure
requirements of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)
Regulations, 2015 (as amended), including relevant circulars issued by the SEBI from time to time.
