Bandra (East), Mumbai – 400 051 Scrip Code: 500108 Scrip Symbol: MTNL SUB: COMPLIANCE OF REGULATION 30 & 51 OF THE SEBI (LODR) REGULATIONS, 2015 - DISCLOSURE OF EVENTS OR INFORMATION – DISCLOSURE REGARDING ORDER OF HON’BLE BOMBAY HIGH COURT IN LAND ACQUISITION REFERENCE NO. 4 OF 1999 REGARDING MTNL PROPERTY AT PAHADI, GOREGAON (EAST), MUMBAI - reg Dear Sir, In compliance with Regulation 30 & 51 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015, read with sub-para 8 of Para B of Part A of Schedule III thereto, this is to inform that the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay, vide its order dated 7th August 2026, in the connected matters relating to Land Acquisition Reference No. 4 of 1999 relating to MTNL’s Property situated at Pahadi, Goregaon (East), Mumbai, has permitted the claimants to withdraw an amount of ₹20,53,94,364/- deposited by Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited (MTNL), being the acquiring body, towards compensation. The Hon’ble Court has further observed that, apart from the aforesaid amount, the balance amount towards interest remains payable, which is required to be paid within three weeks from the date of the order. The amount so paid and withdrawn shall remain subject to the final outcome of the appeal preferred by the acquiring body i.e. MTNL. The Company is taking appropriate steps in the matter and shall make further disclosures, as may be required under the applicable provisions of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
