Dear Sir / Madam,
This has reference to your communication dated July 14, 2026 regarding non-submission/discrepancy in XBRL
for the Outcome of Board Meeting and Financial Results submitted by Anand Rathi Share and Stock Brokers
Limited dated Oct 18, 2025.
Please note that the Company had filed the XBRL instance documents for both Standalone and Consolidated
financial results on Oct 18, 2025 on BSE Limited.
At the time of filing the financial results for the quarter ended 30-06-2025, the Company encountered
technical errors on the NSE filing portal which prevented successful XBRL submission despite repeated
attempts; the matter was raised with the NSE on multiple occasions requesting resolution, but no effective
solution was provided by the Exchange within the relevant timeframe.
Further, as per the latest communication from NSE on July 22, 2026 and as per the resolution provided by NSE,
we have filed the XBRL for Integrated Filing – Financials for the first quarter ended June 30, 2025 on July 27,
2026.
Please note that this filing is for compliance purpose and there is no revision in the XBRL / Financials for the
quarter ended June 30, 2025.
