Dear Sir/Madam, Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Company has received a notice dated 30th July 2026 on 4th August 2026 from the Karnataka State Pollution Control Board (KSPCB) regarding non- compliance under the provisions of Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 at the plant situated at Mysuru, Karnataka w.r.t Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) treated water parameters exceeding the prescribed standards. As per the said notice, the Company is required to take requisite measures to bring down the effluent to the prescribed standard and submit an action taken report within 7 days from the date of receipt of the notice. In response to the Notice, submitted the response dated 7th August 2026 explaining the reason for the exceedance and the corrective measures taken and conducted the STP Treated Water Analysis and the analysis report confirmed that all the parameters were within the prescribed limit. Reason for Delay in Disclosure: The Company received the letter on 4th August 2026. However, due to inadvertent delay in the internal communication the same could not be evaluated and disclosed to the Stock Exchanges within the prescribed timeline. The company has also reviewed and strengthened the internal communication and escalation mechanisms for regulatory/statutory communications to ensure timely reporting and to prevent recurrence of such instances. Further, detailed disclosure as required under Regulation 30 SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD- POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 is annexed as Annexure-1.
