The Board has also approved the transfer of 36,300 equity shares under the TPL Stock Options Scheme 2024 pursuant to the exercise of vested options by eligible employees. The TPL ESOP Trust currently holds 619,600 equity shares, out of which 36,300 equity shares will be transferred to the employees. The details required under Regulation 10(c) of SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021 in respect of the allotment under RSU 2021 are enclosed herewith as Annexure-A. The transfer under TPL Stock Options Scheme 2024 is from shares already held by TPL ESOP Trust and does not involve any fresh issue or allotment of equity shares by the Company.
