22. Turnover rate for permanent employees:
The Bank undertook a range of initiatives during the year, including technical and managerial capability-building
programmes, enhanced onboarding processes for new joiners, skill development initiatives, and opportunities for cross-
functional mobility. It also strengthened employee engagement through feedback mechanisms, recognition programmes,
and structured initiatives aimed at fostering a collaborative work culture. Additionally, the Bank continued to support
employees through career progression opportunities, growth-oriented roles, compensation alignment, and ongoing
recognition of performance.
Approximately 60% of the Bank’s workforce is engaged in frontline roles including sales, customer service, call
centres, and collections. In addition, nearly 27% of employees are based in rural locations, supporting rural fi
