Limited (“Bank”) for the Financial Year 2025-26.
Dear Sir/Madam,
Pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and
Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that the 12th AGM of the Members of the
Bank is scheduled to be held on Monday, August 31, 2026 at 02:00 p.m. (IST) through Video-Conferencing
(“VC”) / Other Audio-Visual Means (“OAVM”), in compliance with the applicable provisions of the Companies
Act, 2013 and the Rules made thereunder, read with relevant circulars issued in this regard by the ‘Ministry
of Corporate Affairs’ and the ‘Securities and Exchange Board of India’ (collectively referred as “the Relevant
Circulars”).
In terms of the applicable provisions of law and the Relevant Circulars, the Notice for the AGM along with the
Integrated Annual Report of the Bank for FY 2025-26 is being sent to all those Members of the Bank, who have
registered their e-mail addresses with the Bank’s Registrar and Transfer Agent (“RTA”) or with their respective
Depository Participant(s). The details about the manner of registering / updating e-mail addresses, casting
vote through electronic means (remote e-voting / e-voting) and attending the AGM through VC / OAVM have
been set out in the Notice of the AGM.
In this regard, please find enclosed herewith the Notice of 12th AGM and the Integrated Annual Report of the
Bank for FY 2025-26. The same is also made available on the website of the Bank at the following link:
