Vikramajit Sen (DIN:00866743) have completed their second term as Independent Directors of the Company on 8th August 2026 and consequently shall cease to be Independent Directors of the Company effective from 9th August 2026. Consequent upon their cessation as Independent Directors of the Company, Mr. Pravesh Sharma and Justice (Retd.) Vikramajit Sen shall also cease to be Member/Chairman of various Committees of the Board where they hold such positions.
