The details as per Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFDPOD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, are provided as Annexure A. c) Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, the Company has fixed Friday, September 11, 2026, as the Record Date for determining the Members entitled to receive the final dividend for the FY 2025-26. d) Approval of the revised Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in the Securities of the Company.
