Management Insights Q1FY27 has been a quarter that tested Windsor’s operational resilience. Despite significant disruption arising from the Middle East conflict, the company delivered a healthy Revenue growth of 31.4% YoY to ₹148.9 Cr, a clear reflection of the strength of the underlying demand for our products. EBITDA margins moderated during the quarter as elevated raw material costs, driven by supply chain disruptions, could not be immediately passed on to customers. However, this impact is expected to be transitory. Our cost structure, capacity, and market positioning remain fundamentally strong, and margins are expected to recover as the situation stabilizes and pricing adjusts. This quarter also marks a leadership transition for Windsor, with Mr. Mohan Ramachandran, an industry veteran, joining as the Chief Executive Officer. Windsor enters this next phase with a continued focus on operational discipline, deeper customer engagement, and building on the foundation of the integrated Rajkot facility and expanded capacity. The road ahead is about steady and purposeful execution and Windsor remains confident and ready to perform.
