Scrip Code – 504646 Dear Sir, Sub: Intimation under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 – Resumption of Operations at the Company’s Plant With reference to our earlier intimation regarding the temporary suspension of manufacturing operations at the Company’s plant located at Survey No. 816, Village: Rajoda, Near Bavla, District Ahmedabad – 382220, Gujarat, India, due to heavy rainfall and flooding in the region, we wish to inform you that the manufacturing operations at the said plant have resumed and the plant is now operational. The Company had undertaken necessary restoration and remedial activities following the receding of the water levels and has taken all necessary measures to restore normal operations. The Company continues to assess the impact, if any, on its plant, machinery, inventory and other assets. As previously informed, all the Company’s assets are adequately insured. The Company will continue to closely monitor the situation and take all necessary measures to ensure smooth and normal operations. You are requested to take the above information on record.
