Hi Team,
This is with respect to our discussion and subsequent sought clarification concerning the specific repayment dates associated with the banking facility for the
borrower. Please refer the details as below;
1. May 31, 2025: This pertains to the interest recovery for Cash Credit/Overdraft account, which is effected on the last working day of each month i.e.
May 31, 2025 instead of May 30, 2025 like any other months (refer the statement shared by the borrower separately). There has been no observed
delay in repayment from borrower side.
2. December 01, 2025: Recovery of EMls pertaining to two loan accounts which were completed manually by the bank on the subsequent working day
with value-dated by the bank end as November 30, 2025 (refer the statement shared by the borrower separately). There has been no observed delay
in repayment from borrower side.
3. March 02, 2026: Recovery of EMls pertaining to two loan accounts which were completed manually by the bank on the subsequent working day with
value-dated by the bank end as February 28, 2026 (refer the statement shared by the borrower separately). There has been no observed delay in
repayment from borrower side.
4. April 08, 2026: Regarding the recovery of EMIs for two loan accounts, funds for the March month recovery were remitted on March 30, 2026 (refer
the statement shared by the borrower separately). While funds were present in Cash Credit/Overdraft account, the recovery delayed due to MTM/FCY
movements at facility level, the overall Working Capital limits were exceeded, system preventing the recovery of a partial amount for these two loans
form the operating account. Subsequently, additional funds were remitted, and the recovery was completed on April 08, 2026.
5. May 07, 2026: Regarding the recovery of EMIs for two loan accounts, funds for the April month recovery were remitted on April 29, 2026 (refer the
statement shared by the borrower separately). While funds were present in Cash Credit/Overdraft account, the recovery delayed due to MTM/FCY
movements at facility level, the overall Working Capital limits were exceeded, system preventing the recovery of a partial amount for these two loans
form the operating account. Subsequently, additional funds were remitted, and the recovery was completed on May 07, 2026
Please note that the account conduct is satisfactory as on date and there is no stress observed in any of the facilities towards repayment for the borrower.
Do let us know in case of any additional information required for the same.

Mithlesh Meena
