The Department of Fertilizers had challenged the judgment of high court before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. In this regard, we wish to inform you that the Hon'ble Supreme Court vide its order dated 07th August 2026 has dismissed the appeal filed by the Department of Fertilizers against the said order of Hon'ble High Court of Delhi. The details as required under Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations and the Circulars issued thereunder is enclosed herewith as Annexure 1. Yours faithfully, For Paradeep Phosphates Limited Sachin Patil Company Secretary Annexure-1 Particulars Details Brief details of litigation; Paradeep Phosphates Limited ("the Company") had filed a writ petition before the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi against the Department of Fertilizers ("DoF") seeking release of subsidy claim amounting to ₹53.50 crore, along with applicable interest, under the Nutrient Based Subsidy (NBS) Policy. The Hon'ble High Court allowed the writ petition and directed the DoF to release the subsidy claim to the Company. Aggrieved by the Judgment of the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, The details of any change in the status and / the Department of Fertilizers had challenged said judgment or any development in relation to such before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. proceedings; The Hon'ble Supreme Court has dismissed the appeal filed by the Department of Fertilizers. Consequently, the direction of the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi to the Department of Fertilizers to release the subsidy claim has been upheld by the Hon’ble Supreme Court.
