New Delhi, 2nd July 2026 : BLS E-Services Limited ("BLSe"), a leading technology-enabled
digital service provider, announced the successful acquisi(cid:415)on of 100% stake in Atya(cid:415)
Technologies Private Limited ("Atya(cid:415)"), a Bengaluru based AI-powered banking technology
company providing digital solu(cid:415)ons to banks and financial ins(cid:415)tu(cid:415)ons across India, for a
purchase considera(cid:415)on of ~ ₹ 157 Crores in an all-cash transac(cid:415)on.
Atya(cid:415) is a leading financial inclusion and banking technology pla(cid:414)orm that enables banks
through AI-driven digital solu(cid:415)ons, Business Correspondent services, micro-lending pla(cid:414)orms,
and last-mile banking infrastructure. The company serves more than 35 banks and financial
ins(cid:415)tu(cid:415)ons through a network of over 25,900 Customer Service Points (CSPs) covering
approximately 100,000 villages across India.
The acquisi(cid:415)on strengthens BLSe's posi(cid:415)on as a technology-led financial services pla(cid:414)orm by
adding Atya(cid:415)'s advanced banking technology capabili(cid:415)es, expanding its CSP network, and
enhancing its ability to provide AI-driven banking and financial inclusion solu(cid:415)ons to banks
and customers na(cid:415)onwide.
Lagrange Point Advisors LLP acted as the transac(cid:415)on advisor to BLSe for this transac(cid:415)on.
Dentons Link Legal acted as the legal advisor, while the Deloi(cid:425)e acted as the financial and tax
due diligence advisor for the transac(cid:415)on.
