Tower, Dalal Street, Mumbai – 400 001 Ref: Scrip Code: 503092 Scrip ID: PASUSPG Dear Sir / Madam, Sub: Newspaper Advertisement - Special Window for transfer and dematerialization of physical shares Pursuant to SEBI’s Circular No. HO/38/13/11(2)2026-MIRSD-POD/I/3750/2026 dated 30th January, 2026, all Shareholders are hereby informed that SEBI has provided a Special Window of one year from 5th February, 2026 to 4th February, 2027 for lodging/re-lodging of transfer deeds of physical shares which were sold/purchased prior to 1st April 2019. Shares transferred, pursuant to this Special Window, shall be credited to the transferee only in demat mode after following due process and such shares shall be locked-in for one year from the date of registration of transfer. During the said lock-in period, such shares shall not be transferred/lien- marked/pledged. The Company has published notice regarding opening of this special window in the Financial Express (English) and Jansatta (Hindi) dated 08st August, 2026.
