Brief profile Gaurav Bhatnagar is a general management and value (in case of appointment) creation executive with more than 18 years of global experience driving growth, efficiency, and tech-led transformation across technology/SaaS, private equity, e-commerce, and services sectors. He has a track record of P&L impact built through leadership of commercial operations, product strategy, revenue enablement, and cross-functional execution. Most recently, he led sales strategy, revenue operations, incentives, systems, and analytics for Coupang's on-site advertising business in Korea. Before Coupang, he was a Senior Vice President in the Portfolio Group at Permira, a global large-cap private equity fund. In this role he led value creation initiatives across multiple portfolio companies to help them transform, scale, and build organizational maturity, and supported multiple billion-dollar investments and realizations. Earlier in his career, he held product and marketing leadership roles at Amazon Europe and spent seven years in strategy consulting.
