In light of the foregoing, Dr. Vikram Jit Singh Chhatwal (DIN: 01606329) has proposed to demit the office of Whole-Time Director, and to continue on the Board as a Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director and Chairman liable to retire by rotation, with effect from the close of business hours of August 08, 2026.
