Accordingly, the correct disclosure is as follows: The Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on August 06, 2026, approved the allotment of 45,179 (Forty-Five Thousand One Hundred and Seventy-Nine) Equity Shares of face value of Re. 10/- each to the eligible employees upon exercise of stock options under the INTERARCH ESOP SCHEME-2023 of the Company. These Equity Shares shall rank pari-passu with the existing Equity Shares of the Company in all respects.
