As intimated earlier, the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on May 09, 2026 had recommended a final dividend of Rs. 2/- per equity share of the face value of Rs. 5/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing AGM. Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company has fixed Friday, September 11, 2026, as the Record Date for determining entitlement of shareholders to receive the aforesaid final dividend. Final Dividend, if approved by shareholders at the ensuing AGM, shall be paid within 30 days from the date of its declaration, through permissible electronic modes to those shareholders whose bank account details are registered with the Depositories and/ or the Company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (‘RTA’), subject to deduction of applicable taxes at source. Notice convening the AGM and the Annual Report for FY 2025-26 shall be filed separately with the Stock Exchanges and circulated to the shareholders within the prescribed timelines.
