This campaign has been initiated specifically to encourage the shareholders to claim their unpaid/ unclaimed dividend before it is transferred to the IEPFA. In this connection, we would like to inform you that the dividend(s) declared by the Company was paid/ remitted to the eligible shareholders through various electronic modes to the bank account registered with the Depository Participants (“DP”)/ Depositories. However, it is noted that the electronic credit of dividend is not getting processed to your bank account, which is presently registered with your DP, on account of the following probable reasons: 1. Existing bank account is closed and new bank account is not updated with your DP; 2. There has been a merger of banks where your account was maintained; 3. MICR & IFSC details of your bank account are not updated with your DP, etc. In view of the above, we request you to promptly check and update your KYC (i.e. Bank Account, Address, Phone, Email, Nomination details, etc.) with your DP at the earliest and thereafter submit a self-attested copy of the updated Client Master List to KFin Technologies Limited, Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA) of the Company at the address mentioned below, to enable the Company to credit the dividend amount directly to your updated bank account.
