Further to our communications dated 19th January, 2018, 12th January, 2024, and 21st May, 2026, made to the Stock Exchanges, about a case registered against an employee (now no longer associated with the Company) and a representative of the Company (also no longer associated with the Company), before the Court of Special Judge for SPE & ACB Cases, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh (“Court”), subsequent filing of charge-sheet against the said former employee, representative, and the Company, alleging an attempt to bribe public servants, and discharge order dated 13th April, 2026 granted by the Court, we have to further inform and update as under. The State ACB, CIU, A.P., Vijayawada has filed Criminal Revision Cases (‘CRLRCs’), along with interim applications (for condonation of delay in filing the CRLRCs), before the Andhra Pradesh High Court, Amaravathi (‘APHC’) against the above referred discharge order. The Company shall issue further update(s) on the outcome of the CRLRCs in due course. The information was made available to the Company on 7th August, 2026 at 17:52 hours IST. The former employee, and the Company had filed a Criminal Miscellaneous Petition seeking discharge from the case, which has been granted by the Court, vide its order dated 13th April, 2026.
