Consequent to the appointment of Dr. Naresh Kumar Puritipati, Mr. Naresh Pinisetti, President – Corporate Governance, ceases to hold the additional responsibility of leading and managing the Human Resources function, which he had been entrusted with on an interim basis. Mr. Naresh Pinisetti will continue to serve as “President – Corporate Governance”. Dr. Naresh Kumar brings with him more than twenty-five years of rich and diverse experience across large multinational companies and leading Indian conglomerates. He has proven expertise in driving HR Strategy, Organizational Transformation, Leadership Development, Industrial Relations, and cultural integration across India, Malaysia, and Myanmar. He brings with him the expertise in aligning people’s practices with business priorities, building high-performance cultures, and leading complex, multi-entity HR initiatives globally and at the enterprise level. Dr. Naresh Kumar, immediately prior to joining us, was associated with Lactalis India as Group HR Director.
