Outcome of Board Meeting

Nakoda Group of Industries Limited has informed the Exchange regarding the allotment of 35,00,000 convertible warrants on a preferential basis at ₹28 per warrant, as per a special resolution passed by the members and in-principle approval from BSE and NSE.
